Haute Mess Premium White Gesso is a Premium Quality, Mixed Media Medium. It is poured in small batches, by hand…by artists here in our Southern California warehouse, to ensure ultimate freshness.
Easy to use and blend, with a creamy consistency. Gesso can be used to create texture and dries to a hard, solid finish, yet is flexible so it will not crack. Use to prep canvas, cardstock, chipboard, wood, metal, tin, and more prior to painting. Excellent tooth for all paints. Use in place of white paint for a more heavy bodied look. Mix with any of our Haute Mess Acrylic Paints for a colored Gesso. May also be used in combination with our other Mediums (Molding Paste, Clear Gesso, Matte Gel, Glass Bead Gel)
For all you Mixed Media artists, this is also perfect to use in our Haute Mess Art Journals.
Soap and water clean up. Jars are reusable and recyclable.
